DIGIMAT Users’ Meeting, Munich, GE

e-Xstream is pleased to announce the 2011 DIGIMAT Users’ Meeting taking place next October 10-12 in Munich!

This international meeting gathers experts in composite modeling from a broad range of industries to share their experiences in using DIGIMAT.

 

Composite professionals will benefit from hearing presentations highlighting the latest updates on innovations likely to impact their industry, as well as from valuable networking opportunities in the friendly atmosphere of the conference.

 

Meeting Overview

October 10-11; Technical Presentations on DIGIMAT. Past users’ meetings gathered more than 25 presentations from customers, partners and e-Xstream’ eXperts

October 12; Optional Training on DIGIMAT 4.2. Two sessions will be held for beginners or experienced users

 

In the spotlight this year – The release of DIGIMAT 4.2 including,

Ø  An innovative DIGIMAT solution procedure aimed at a drastic reduction of analyses turnaround time;

Ø  Advanced modeling of continuous fiber composites taking into account material draping;

Ø  Fatigue prediction of chopped and continuous fiber composites;

Ø  A deeper and wider coverage of our partner structural and manufacturing software.

Call for papers:

Take advantage of this opportunity to showcase your firm’s innovative DIGIMAT application by sharing it with the DIGIMAT users’ community composed of OEMs, 1st and 2nd Tier suppliers from all disciplines.

A limited number of 20 minutes presentation slots, followed by 10 minutes of Q&A, are available. The content of the presentation must have a strong technical emphasis and be focused on DIGIMAT.  Please submit your abstract (1/2 half page, in English) to elodie.maurer@e-Xstream.com before July 15 for approval. Approved lecturers will have registration fees waived.

Gala Evening at BMW Museum

Symbol of Munich’s Bavarian capital, the Bavarian Motor Works Museum (BMW Museum) will host the DIGIMAT Users’ Meeting gala evening.  A visit of the “BWM World” will be organized prior to the dinner.
